Fullstack Engineer – HealthTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance current JavaScript/React applications and cloud infrastructure.

• Design and develop innovative AI-driven applications, workflows, and internal tools.

• Create and implement scalable APIs and event-driven architectures.

• Build integrations with healthcare systems, telephony platforms, AI providers, and various third-party services.

• Leverage contemporary AI tools and coding assistants to boost development speed and code quality.

• Play a key role in the strategic advancement of the platform towards autonomous and intelligent workflow orchestration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional fullstack engineering experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to consistently work during EST hours to maintain team coherence.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup setting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a systems-thinking approach.

• Extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.

• Proficient in Firestore/Firebase and REST API development.

• Familiar with Git-based workflows and containerized environments (Docker).

• Nice-to-have: Experience with Vercel, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Python and CI/CD pipeline management.

• Nice-to-have: Background in developing event-driven architectures, microservices, or real-time systems.

• Nice-to-have: Practical experience with AI SDKs, LLM integrations, and Voice/Conversational AI platforms.

• Nice-to-have: Direct experience in the Healthcare Technology sector.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and observability tools.
