Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Develop features from start to finish across both backend (Go) and frontend (React/TypeScript).

• Design and create APIs that support dashboards, workflows, and reporting functionalities.

• Construct UI components that effectively present complex data and encourage user interaction.

• Translate intricate backend data into clear and actionable user interfaces.

• Establish robust error handling and fallback mechanisms to manage upstream service failures.

• Enhance overall performance, focusing on aspects like caching, pagination, and query design for large-scale data.

• Create reusable patterns and components that can be implemented across various areas of the platform.

• Engage directly with customers and design partners to grasp feature usage and iterate quickly.

• Develop monitoring and analytics tools to assess feature usage, success rates, and user engagement.

• Collaborate with AppSec, backend, and design teams to manage data flow from services to the UI.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in fullstack software development with proficiency in Go and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Extensive experience in building production APIs (REST and/or gRPC) and integrating them with third-party services.

• Demonstrated success in creating responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably React).

• Familiarity with data transformation and mapping across different system formats.

• Strong grasp of asynchronous programming patterns and techniques for optimizing APIs.

• Excellent debugging abilities that span the entire stack — from backend services to frontend interfaces.

• Experience with tools for production monitoring, logging, and observability.

• Proven ability to gather user requirements and translate them into technical enhancements.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
