Fullstack Engineer – AgenticOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Assist QVAC application teams in developing, reviewing, testing, and delivering reliable software with minimal friction.

• Concentrate on desktop and mobile applications, including their shared runtime, AI harness, and skill packages.

• Construct and maintain developer tools.

• Incorporate AI agents into engineering workflows.

• Enhance code quality and streamline delivery automation.

• Assess, integrate, and sustain developer tools and AI agents, ensuring repository guidance and necessary integrations are met.

• Create and manage agents in CI and scheduled workflows to diagnose failures, suggest fixes, and offer actionable evidence.

• Enhance automated pull request evaluations by reviewing finding accuracy and minimizing reviewer distractions.

• Develop scripts and checks for code quality focusing on complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions.

• Collaborate with package owners to establish practical thresholds and target refactoring efforts.

• Refine development environments, testing procedures, and build and release workflows.

• Prioritize enhancements with engineering teams, facilitate adoption through documentation and onboarding, and assess effectiveness, reliability, and operational costs.

• Take ownership of tooling enhancements from implementation to adoption and continuous support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation utilized by others.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools or agents, including integration.

• Sound judgment regarding the limitations of AI tools, output validation, and the necessity for human review.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes, and automated testing methodologies.

• Systematic approach to debugging build, test, or integration issues.

• Strong focus on code quality, maintainable code, effective automated checks, and behavior-preserving refactoring.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with engineering teams.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Capacity to work within a remote, globally distributed team.
