Fullstack Engineer – AgenticOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, assess, test, and deliver dependable software for QVAC application teams.

• Engage in the development of desktop and mobile applications along with their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

• Create and sustain developer tools.

• Incorporate AI agents into engineering processes.

• Enhance code quality and streamline delivery automation.

• Analyze, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents.

• Develop and manage CI and scheduled-workflow agents that diagnose failures and suggest solutions.

• Refine automated pull request reviews by assessing accuracy and minimizing reviewer distractions.

• Establish code quality checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions.

• Collaborate with package owners on thresholds and targeted refactoring efforts.

• Enhance development environments, testing procedures, and build and release workflows.

• Prioritize enhancements, support adoption via documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operational costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation utilized by others.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools or agents, including integration.

• Strong understanding of AI tool limitations, output validation, and the necessity for human review.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes, and automated testing.

• Systematic troubleshooting of build, test, or integration issues.

• Strong commitment to code quality, maintainability, useful automated checks, and behavior-preserving refactoring.

• Capability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with engineers.

• Proficient communication skills in English within a remote, globally distributed team.
