Fullstack Engineer – AgenticOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist QVAC application teams in developing, reviewing, testing, and delivering dependable software with minimal friction.

• Create and sustain developer tools for both desktop and mobile applications, including their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

• Incorporate AI agents into engineering processes.

• Enhance code quality and automation in delivery.

• Assess, integrate, and manage developer tools and AI agents, along with repository guidance and necessary integrations.

• Develop and maintain agents in Continuous Integration (CI) and scheduled workflows to analyze failures, suggest solutions, and provide actionable insights.

• Optimize automated pull request reviews by assessing finding accuracy and minimizing reviewer distractions.

• Create code quality scripts and checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions.

• Collaborate with package owners to establish practical thresholds and focus on targeted refactoring.

• Enhance development environments, testing processes, and build and release workflows.

• Prioritize enhancements with engineering teams, facilitate adoption through documentation and onboarding, and assess effectiveness, reliability, and operational costs.

• Select and refine workflows in collaboration with the engineers utilizing them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools or agents, including their integration.

• Good judgment regarding the limitations of AI tools, output validation, and the necessity for human review.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.

• Strong emphasis on code quality, maintainability, useful automated checks, and behavior-preserving refactoring.

• Capability to work independently while collaborating with engineers.

• Proficient in clear English communication.

• Ability to operate effectively within a remote, globally distributed team.
