Fullstack Engineer – AgenticOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist QVAC application teams in the development, review, testing, and delivery of dependable software with minimal friction.

• Concentrate on desktop and mobile applications along with their shared runtime, AI harness, and skill sets.

• Create and maintain developer tools.

• Embed AI agents into engineering processes.

• Enhance code quality and streamline delivery automation.

• Assess, integrate, and sustain developer tools and AI agents, including guidance on repositories and necessary integrations.

• Construct and manage agents in CI and scheduled workflows to analyze failures, suggest solutions, and provide actionable insights.

• Enhance automated pull request reviews by assessing finding accuracy and minimizing reviewer distractions.

• Create code quality scripts and checks for factors such as complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions.

• Collaborate with package owners to establish practical thresholds and targeted refactoring strategies.

• Optimize development environments, testing procedures, and build and release workflows.

• Prioritize enhancements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and evaluate effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.

• Refine workflows in collaboration with engineers, including agents for CI failure analysis, compatibility and performance regression diagnosis, and detection of interface or architecture impacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation utilized by others.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools or agents, including their integration.

• Strong judgment regarding the limitations of AI tools, output validation, and the necessity for human review.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.

• Commitment to code quality, maintainable coding practices, effective automated checks, and behavior-preserving refactoring.

• Ability to operate independently while collaborating with engineers.

• Effective communication in English within a remote, globally distributed team.
