Fullstack Engineer – AgenticOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Design, review, test, and provide dependable software solutions for QVAC application teams.

• Concentrate on desktop and mobile applications, along with their shared runtime, AI harness, and skill sets.

• Create and sustain developer tools.

• Incorporate AI agents into engineering workflows.

• Enhance code quality and streamline delivery automation.

• Assess, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including repository recommendations and necessary integrations.

• Develop and manage agents in CI and scheduled workflows to analyze failures, propose resolutions, and deliver actionable insights.

• Advance automated pull request reviews by assessing finding accuracy and minimizing reviewer distractions.

• Create code quality scripts and checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions.

• Collaborate with package owners on practical thresholds and targeted refactoring initiatives.

• Enhance development environments, testing, as well as build and release workflows.

• Prioritize enhancements with engineering teams, facilitate adoption through documentation and onboarding, and evaluate effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.

• Develop workflows for diagnosing CI failures, identifying compatibility and performance regressions, and flagging changes in package interfaces or architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation utilized by others.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

• Practical experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents.

• Strong judgment concerning AI tool limitations, output validation, and the necessity for human review.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.

• Robust commitment to code quality, emphasizing maintainable code, effective automated checks, and behavior-preserving refactoring.

• Capability to work independently while collaborating with engineers.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to operate within a remote, globally distributed team.
