Fullstack Engineer – AgenticOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist QVAC application teams in developing, reviewing, testing, and delivering dependable software with minimal friction.

• Concentrate on both desktop and mobile applications along with their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

• Construct and maintain developer tools.

• Integrate AI agents into engineering workflows.

• Enhance code quality and automate delivery processes.

• Assess, integrate, and sustain developer tools and AI agents, including repository guidance and necessary integrations.

• Create and manage agents in CI and scheduled workflows to analyze failures, suggest fixes, and supply actionable evidence.

• Advance automated pull request reviews by evaluating finding accuracy and minimizing reviewer distractions.

• Generate code quality scripts and checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions.

• Collaborate with package owners to establish practical thresholds and targeted refactoring.

• Enhance development environments, testing, and build and release workflows.

• Prioritize enhancements with engineering teams, facilitate adoption through documentation and onboarding, and evaluate effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation utilized by others.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools or agents, including integration.

• Sound judgment regarding AI tool limitations, output validation, and the necessity for human review.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.

• Systematic approach to debugging build, test, or integration failures.

• Strong commitment to code quality, maintainable code, valuable automated checks, and behavior-preserving refactoring.

• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively with engineers.

• Clear communication skills in English within a remote, globally distributed team.
