Fullstack Developer – React, Kotlin, Java Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical contact for the orchestration and development of GPLAN, a strategic platform focused on sales planning, promotional campaigns, and supply replenishment.

• Create and enhance the analytical cockpit utilizing React to produce complex, user-friendly, and high-performance interfaces capable of handling large amounts of data.

• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and database integrations using Kotlin and/or Java.

• Integrate data ecosystems, predictive and prescriptive models, and AI agents effectively.

• Utilize Generative AI tools and methodologies, such as Spec-Driven Development.

• Convert both short- and long-term planning requirements into feasible technical architectures.

• Assess requirements, challenge product assumptions, and engage in architectural discussions with Product Managers and technical leadership.

• Design analytical screens and workflows to ensure rapid browser response times.

• Integrate systems and data pipelines across factories, channel operations, and strategic planning initiatives.

• Advocate for best practices, Clean Architecture, and automated testing processes.

• Contribute to delivery alignment and continuous improvement efforts to shorten the S&OP response cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise and substantial experience in frontend development with React.

• Proven experience in backend development utilizing Java and/or Kotlin.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and the ability to consume/build REST APIs.

• Practical experience with modeling, querying, and optimizing both relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience in optimizing frontend performance and rendering for high-volume datasets.

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and Clean Code principles.

• Possess an analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and the capability to effectively communicate business rules with stakeholders and product teams.

• Experience with Kotlin in a backend ecosystem is advantageous.

• Interest or experience with Generative AI tools applied to development (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Kiro) and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) is a plus.

• Background in Supply Chain, S&OP, RGM, pricing, or demand planning is beneficial.
