Fullstack Developer, Python/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain fullstack features utilizing React for the frontend and Python for the backend.

• Engage with a microfrontend architecture and play a role in its advancement.

• Develop and integrate microservices to guarantee scalability and optimal performance.

• Collaborate closely with the frontend lead and various cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to cloud-based solutions, including services like AWS Lambda.

• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and sustainability in a rapidly changing environment.

• Quickly adapt to shifting requirements in an innovative AI-focused product.

• Play a significant role in a strategic initiative for a leading banking client, developing an AI-driven trading application.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in React for frontend development.

• Solid experience in backend development with Python.

• Familiarity with microservices architectures.

• Good understanding of contemporary software development practices, including testing, CI/CD, and version control.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with changing requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and a structured, methodical work approach.

• Experience working in cross-company or multicultural teams.

• C1 proficiency level in Spanish.

• Nice to have: Experience with microfrontend architecture.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of AWS services, particularly Lambda.

• Nice to have: Experience with projects in banking, fintech, or trading platforms.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-related applications or data-driven systems.

• Nice to have: Experience collaborating with offshore or external partners.
