Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop software utilized daily by property managers

• Enhance the functionality of existing products and drive the product roadmap forward

• Take ownership of new features and refine them for optimal user experience

• Manage data integrations via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, Twilio, and Vonage

• Import customer data, including emails, documents, buildings, apartments, contracts, and contacts

• Synchronize with systems that customers continue to use alongside the platform

• Enhance the agent platform featuring over 200 tools and an integrated knowledge base

• Support both customer-built and prebuilt text and voice agents

• Develop using Claude and Cursor within a TypeScript-based stack

• Collaborate across Product, Integrations, or Agents backend areas

• Proficient in English

• Over a year of experience delivering production code

• Builder-first mindset; eager to ship initial iterations swiftly

• Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of responsibilities

• Primarily writes code with the assistance of AI

• Thrives under performance pressure

• Quick learner who considers themselves a generalist

• Strong backend and systems-design experience (preferred)

• Experience in designing a database from scratch, including tables, relationships, and indexes (preferred)

• Skilled in optimizing query performance and cost (preferred)

• Experience in building production agents (preferred)

• Familiarity with queues and long-running workflows (preferred)
