Full Stack Software Engineer, Front-End Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software for both front-end and backend systems.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish, including requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and refinement.

• Create reliable, maintainable, high-performance, and scalable software and user experiences.

• Contribute to backend services, APIs, integrations, scheduled processes, supporting systems, and cloud infrastructure.

• Convert UX/UI concepts and mockups into features that are ready for production.

• Enhance usability, clarity, consistency, and the overall user experience.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues throughout the application stack.

• Increase system reliability, performance, maintainability, processes, and technical workflows.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to understand priorities and fulfill requirements.

• Engage in planning sessions, code reviews, technical discussions, and various engineering activities.

• Identify blockers, risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges at an early stage.

• Communicate proactively regarding progress and obstacles.

• Suggest process enhancements and technical improvements.

• Undertake other related tasks as assigned by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a professional Software Engineer.

• Strong experience in full-stack development with a focus on front-end technologies.

• Solid foundation in software development and system design.

• Proven experience in building and delivering modern web applications.

• Familiarity with both front-end and backend systems.

• Experience with contemporary programming languages, cloud infrastructure, and deployment environments.

• Collaborated closely with Product and Design teams.

• Strong grasp of modern front-end development methodologies.

• Exceptional attention to detail while being mindful of priorities and delivery timelines.

• Capability to take ownership of features end to end and work autonomously.

• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to identify and communicate blockers promptly.

• Possess a product-oriented mindset and design awareness.

• Skill in prioritizing essential functionality for launch while deferring less critical enhancements.

• Proactive in communication and dependable.

• Availability: 7am–4pm PHT, Monday–Friday.
