This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
β’ Develop products that enable organizations to deploy, manage, and pay for Dia autonomously.
β’ Take full ownership of the Dia Admin Console, including the web application, entitlement and provisioning APIs, and integrations with the Atlassian Admin Hub and commerce systems.
β’ Create and develop a hosted web application for enterprise administrators to oversee entitlements, configure identities and policies, and monitor Dia usage.
β’ Enhance organization and user entitlement modeling, provisioning and deprovisioning APIs, and backend access enforcement.
β’ Incorporate Dia into Atlassian administration interfaces as a first-party product.
β’ Collaborate with teams from the Atlassian Admin Hub, Identity, and Commerce.
β’ Construct enterprise web functionalities such as usage and metering flows, self-service onboarding, and internal tools.
β’ Work alongside client engineers to deliver enterprise features within Dia.
β’ Establish the technical direction for enterprise administration of Dia.
β’ Develop the Dia Admin Console with entitlement and role models, policy configuration, and usage reporting.
β’ Define the provisioning lifecycle and Admin Hub-driven access management, including access for disabled users and token lifespan.
β’ Send Dia usage data to Atlassian's tracking service and present consumption and limits to administrators.
β’ Influence broader enterprise enablement, governance needs, integration interfaces, and in-client enterprise features.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in building production web applications from start to finish.
β’ Proficient in designing data models, creating APIs, and developing user interfaces.
β’ A keen interest in and product-oriented mindset regarding admin and enterprise tools.
β’ Eagerness to learn enough Swift and Chromium to implement enterprise features in the client as needed.
β’ Capable of thriving in a high-trust, high-ambiguity environment.
β’ Skilled at solving complex issues and making independent, sound decisions.
β’ A pragmatic approach and drive to tackle ambiguous challenges.
β’ Enthusiasm for working in a startup atmosphere with rapid product validation cycles.

β’ Primarily available within North American time zones.
β’ Minimum of 4 hours of overlap with team members in the Eastern Time Zone.
β’ Base salary ranging from $215,000 to $275,000 USD per year.
