Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, launch, and support features in web-based, cloud-hosted applications.

• Provide insights through code and software design evaluations.

• Collaborate with and learn from team members while delivering software solutions.

• Contribute to the enhancement and implementation of engineering processes, products, and technology platforms.

• Work alongside product owners, data scientists, and designers to create effective solutions.

• Build and deliver the Genospace software platform aimed at precision medicine.

• Support software utilized by clinicians and researchers to enhance patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of relevant experience.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development.

• Experience in building web applications or data processing systems.

• Familiarity with web technologies.

• Significant experience with at least one widely-used programming language.

• Experience with front-end, back-end, and database technologies.

• Capability to design software that meets both functional and technical specifications.

• Ability to effectively communicate software design concepts.

• Capacity to address challenges creatively and critically while working with product owners, data scientists, and designers.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another STEM field, or equivalent experience.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
