Full Stack Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the entire stack, including front-end, service layers, backend, data, and reporting.

• Create and maintain enterprise-level web applications utilizing React, .NET Core, Python, APIs, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and SSRS.

• Develop Python services, data-processing routines, and automation across application and pipeline layers.

• Utilize DuckDB for analytical queries that drive reporting, validation, and data-quality assessments.

• Design and manage both structured and unstructured data pipelines that support production workflows.

• Spearhead deployment automation, ensure environment readiness, and enhance performance for seamless releases.

• Oversee and refine CI/CD processes across hybrid Azure, AWS, and on-premise environments.

• Optimize queries for performance, reliability, and reporting accuracy in high-volume settings.

• Convert business requirements into secure and scalable architectures, incorporating data protection and compliance from the outset.

• Address high-priority production incidents, guarantee zero-downtime operations, and prevent recurrences.

• Provide scalable healthcare solutions characterized by reliability, speed, and security.

• Manage production performance metrics and implement observability across application layers, APIs, and data ingestion points.

• Collaborate with product managers, QA, business analysts, data engineers, DevOps, client-service teams, and tech leads.

• Oversee various product modules and pipelines while maintaining a balance between delivery, quality, and ongoing improvement.

• Implement design patterns, architectural principles, and agile delivery methodologies.

• Engage with client-side stakeholders and occasionally executive teams to grasp expectations and showcase capabilities.

• Disseminate knowledge and provide mentorship to teammates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with .NET Core 8, C#, ASP.NET, and/or Python (FastAPI / Flask) for service development.

• Proficiency in React (Hooks, Context, Redux/RTK), TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Familiarity with SQL Server / PostgreSQL, including stored procedures and performance tuning of queries.

• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, component libraries, and state management.

• Experience in consuming REST/GraphQL APIs with a focus on client-side performance and accessibility.

• Background in designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and API gateways.

• Knowledge of authentication/authorization using OAuth2 and JWT, service-to-service messaging, and caching mechanisms.

• Python proficiency for backend services, data processing, and automation tasks.

• Familiarity with DuckDB for rapid in-process analytical queries on structured and columnar data.

• Experience with ORM technologies such as Entity Framework, SQLAlchemy, or NHibernate; schema design and migrations.

• Background in structured ETL/ELT pipelines and unstructured document/OCR/NLP ingestion.

• Experience with DuckDB and Python libraries like pandas, Polars, and Arrow for analytical workloads.

• Exposure to Databricks / Spark for large-scale data processing.

• Experience with CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.

• Proficiency in version control using Git / Azure DevOps, automated testing, and release automation.

• Experience in containerization with Docker and cloud deployment on AWS or Azure.

• Familiarity with SSRS / SSIS, Power BI, and ensuring reporting accuracy in high-volume environments.

• Preferred exposure to the US Healthcare payer / Payment Integrity domain.

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.

• US Healthcare certifications are a plus.
