Full-Stack PHP, React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the eCustos engineering reference databases and ensure they are consistently updated.

• Gain insight into how each state provides pricing tables, compositions, and inputs.

• Create and maintain connectors and ETL processes for relational databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and files.

• Guarantee traceability, handle failures, and facilitate reprocessing tasks.

• Organize and model data for application utilization.

• Examine inconsistencies between source databases.

• Engage in PHP back-end processing, including background operations.

• Assist in monitoring query and data-loading interfaces.

• Suggest enhancements to data extraction utilizing AI, including matching, document parsing, normalization, and anomaly detection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP.

• Familiarity with relational databases, particularly MySQL, encompassing data modeling, advanced SQL, and query optimization with large data sets.

• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and API integrations.

• Knowledge of Git and Docker is advantageous.

• Openness to working with SQL Server, Oracle, spreadsheets, legacy systems, Python, and Go.

• Preferred: Experience with Python for data extraction and processing tasks.

• Preferred: Familiarity with non-relational databases such as Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, MongoDB, or similar technologies.

• Preferred: Experience with React and TypeScript to assist in front-end development.

• Preferred: Application of AI tools in daily development, such as Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or comparable tools.
