Full Stack Lead Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement full-stack artificial intelligence applications.

• Connect backend AI services to responsive and user-friendly frontends.

• Integrate large language models (LLMs), local model pipelines, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks into production environments.

• Architect, query, and enhance relational databases for optimal data retrieval and storage performance.

• Create asynchronous backend services, RESTful APIs, and data ingestion pipelines utilizing Python.

• Construct responsive user interfaces and real-time operational dashboards for human-AI interaction and telemetry visualization.

• Package applications using Docker and oversee deployment, scaling, and cluster management with Kubernetes.

• Provision, configure, and optimize AWS cloud resources and GPU clusters.

• Operate Linux systems employing shell utilities, system monitoring, and performance tuning.

• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.

• Convey technical concepts to stakeholders and facilitate live end-to-end software and AI demonstrations.

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize latency, automate testing, and maintain high reliability.

• Assess, prototype, and incorporate emerging open-source AI tools, frameworks, and model updates.

• Proficient in advanced Python development.

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Knowledge in enterprise Linux administration.

• Expertise in Docker containerization.

• Proficient in Kubernetes orchestration for large-scale enterprise deployments.

• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy contemporary AI solutions, including multi-agent systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), local model pipelines, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

• Experience in architecting, querying, and optimizing relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including multi-table joins, cursors, and stored procedures.

• Experience in developing asynchronous backend services, RESTful APIs, and data ingestion pipelines using Python.

• Familiarity with modern web frameworks for creating responsive user interfaces and real-time dashboards.

• Experience in provisioning and optimizing AWS resources and GPU clusters.

• Proficient in operating within Linux environments, utilizing shell utilities, system monitoring, and performance tuning.

• Background in Lean Six Sigma and other quality improvement tools.

• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders and conduct live demonstrations.
