Full Stack Engineer, React, Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices utilizing Golang.

• Construct responsive, reusable, and user-friendly web applications using React along with contemporary frontend development methodologies.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems seamlessly.

• Develop and enhance cloud-native applications and distributed systems effectively.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Engage in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance enhancement activities.

• Assist in CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, monitoring, logging, and resolving production issues.

• Identify and address technical challenges while optimizing application performance.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

• Utilize approved AI-assisted development tools where suitable to enhance productivity and code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in developing frontend applications using React.

• At least 3 years of experience in Go programming, backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure.

• Practical experience with distributed systems, API integrations, and application design.

• Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, debugging, and production support.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures.

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging frameworks such as Kafka.

• Exposure to conversational AI, chatbot applications, or AI-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with real-time communication, voice integrations, or telephony technologies.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

• Exposure to third-party AI/ML integrations or generative AI solutions.
