Full Stack Engineer – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain features for the Flutter mobile application, React web platform, and NestJS backend.

• Develop high-quality mobile applications utilizing Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Design, implement, and oversee APIs and backend services with NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Enhance and refine web functionality through React and TypeScript.

• Collaborate on location and mapping features, including MapLibre and geolocation functionalities.

• Integrate and manage third-party services such as Firebase, Stripe, AWS, and authentication providers.

• Utilize MySQL, TypeORM, and Redis for application data handling, persistence, and caching.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across mobile, frontend, backend, and external integrations.

• Enhance application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and engage in code reviews.

• Assist in designing and developing SDKs and reusable integrations for external applications and partners to connect with the Tether RE platform.

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to transition features from requirements to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level).

• Robust professional experience with Flutter and Dart, including production-level mobile applications.

• Significant experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.

• Familiarity with React 18+ and contemporary React development practices.

• Experience in designing and utilizing REST APIs.

• Knowledge of relational databases, preferably MySQL and TypeORM.

• Experience in integrating third-party APIs and cloud services.

• Understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, local storage, authentication, and API integration.

• Experience with real-time functionalities such as WebSockets/Socket.IO is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AWS and Firebase is highly preferred.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities across various application layers.

• Ability to work independently within an existing production codebase.
