Full Stack Engineer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and fellow engineers to develop full-stack features and enhance the product.

• Engage with the complete technology stack utilizing various frameworks and tools, taking ownership of execution.

• Assume full responsibility for projects and spearhead significant aspects of the product roadmap.

• Improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of Software Development experience.

• Professional expertise in Python (5+ years required).

• Professional experience with Django (5+ years required).

• Professional familiarity with JavaScript [React/Redux experience preferred].

• Strong foundational understanding and application of a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) [Postgres preferred].

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS [Terraform experience preferred].

• Comfortable working across the full technology stack.

• Strong engineering principles and a commitment to high-quality code.

• Product intuition, user empathy, and the ability to make sound UX decisions.

• Strong work ethic and a mindset of end-to-end ownership.
