Full Stack Engineer – Front-end Oriented

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive development of product features that encompass both frontend and backend.

• Incorporate popular AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into your daily operations.

• Convert product requirements into functional implementations while minimizing friction during frontend/backend transitions.

• Serve as a full stack “seed,” advocate for full stack methodologies, mentor colleagues, and assist in scaling AI-enhanced development.

• Detect efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and suggest enhancements to product, design, and engineering workflows.

• Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design through to deployment and iteration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related field focused on AI.

• 1–5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong knowledge in at least one backend programming language, such as Java or Golang.

• Proficiency in Node.js and React.

• Experience managing end-to-end projects in a production environment, rather than solely personal projects.

• Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and fundamental backend principles.

• Highly skilled in widely-used AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar).

• Ability to effectively communicate requirements and limitations to AI tools; strong fundamentals for reviewing, validating, and correcting AI-generated code.

• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying tasks.

• Possess a product and operational mindset, with the capability to transform ambiguous ideas into clear specifications.

• Demonstrate curiosity about the operations of other teams and propose improvements.

• Strong logical reasoning and communication abilities, coupled with a passion for learning new technologies.
