Full Stack Engineer – Cloud & SaaS Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of DoiT's Integrations Framework and the associated user experience.

• Create and deploy integrations utilizing third-party billing and usage APIs.

• Manage authentication processes, incremental synchronization, rate limits, error handling, and schema drift.

• Enhance the Integrations Framework, including testing harnesses and scaffolding.

• Incorporate AI throughout the development process, including code exploration, prototyping, code generation and review, debugging, testing, and documentation.

• Develop customer interfaces for establishing, configuring, and monitoring integrations.

• Implement health and status visibility, actionable error notifications, credential and key rotation, and alerts.

• Design self-service backfills, reconnects, and diagnostic tools.

• Create features that are fully accessible via APIs.

• Execute features end-to-end, from proposal and specification to implementation and maintenance.

• Proactively suggest valuable product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on shipping and owning production features.

• Proficient in TypeScript, with a preference for modern frontend development; React experience is a plus.

• Practical experience with Go, or strong backend expertise in Python, Java, Node.js, or C# with a willingness to learn Go.

• Experience in designing and utilizing REST APIs and integrating third-party APIs, including authentication flows, pagination, rate limits, partial failures, and breaking changes.

• Comfortable working across the entire stack, owning features from the database to the user interface.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Experience in developing cloud solutions and/or utilizing GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• An instinct for user-facing operational tools and actionable error messages.

• Existing experience with AI-augmented workflows utilizing AI tools in engineering processes.

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural concepts.

• A demonstrated passion for building high-quality web/SaaS applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Self-organized, goal-driven, self-motivated, confident, thorough, and persistent.

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is a bonus.
