Full Stack Engineer – Cloud, SaaS Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and implement integrations with third-party billing and usage APIs.

• Manage authentication, incremental synchronization, rate limits, error handling, and schema drift.

• Contribute to the Integrations Framework, testing harnesses, and scaffolding.

• Utilize AI for codebase exploration, API research, prototyping, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.

• Develop customer interfaces for connecting, configuring, and monitoring integrations.

• Offer visibility into health and status, provide actionable error messages, credential/key rotation, and feedback.

• Create self-service backfills, reconnects, and diagnostic tools.

• Build capabilities accessible through both APIs and the user interface.

• Execute features from inception through specification, implementation, and maintenance.

• Independently propose valuable product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping and owning features in production.

• Proficient in TypeScript, including modern frontend development; experience with React is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Go, or substantial backend experience in Python, Java, Node.js, or C# with a willingness to learn Go.

• Familiarity with designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party APIs, including authentication flows, pagination, rate limits, handling partial failures, and managing breaking changes.

• Comfortable working across the stack, taking ownership of features from database to interface.

• Working knowledge of SQL.

• Experience in developing solutions in the cloud and/or with GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• An instinct for user-facing operational tooling and actionable error messages.

• A working style augmented by AI, with experience using AI tools throughout the engineering process.

• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.

• A demonstrated passion for building high-quality web/SaaS applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough, and persistent.

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is an added advantage.
