Full Stack Engineer – Cloud & SaaS Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy integrations with third-party billing and usage APIs, encompassing authentication, incremental synchronization, rate limiting, error management, and schema evolution.

• Contribute to the Integrations Framework, including testing tools and scaffolding, to enhance the efficiency of future integrations.

• Utilize AI consistently within the engineering workflow, which includes codebase and API navigation, prototyping, code generation and review, debugging, testing, and documentation.

• Create customer interfaces for establishing, configuring, and monitoring integrations, featuring health and status visibility, actionable error messages, credential and key rotation, and user feedback.

• Design self-service backfills, reconnections, and diagnostic tools for both customers and internal teams.

• Develop capabilities that are fully accessible via APIs for both human users and automated agents.

• Execute features comprehensively from conceptualization through specification, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

• Proactively suggest valuable enhancements to the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, responsible for shipping and owning features in a production environment.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, particularly in modern frontend development, with a preference for React.

• Practical experience with Go, or strong backend expertise in another language (such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#) with a genuine interest in quickly learning Go.

• Proven experience in designing and utilizing REST APIs, along with integrating third-party APIs that involve authentication flows, pagination, rate limits, partial failures, and breaking changes.

• Comfortable working across the tech stack, capable of owning a feature from the database level to the user interface.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Experience in developing solutions in cloud environments and/or utilizing cloud services (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

• An instinct for user-facing operational tools.

• An AI-augmented working approach and experience using AI tools throughout the engineering process.

• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.

• A demonstrated passion for creating high-quality web/SaaS applications.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Self-organized, goal-driven, and intrinsically motivated; confident, thorough, and persistent.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (bonus point).
