Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess issues by evaluating their impact, replicating problems, and determining subsequent actions.

• Explore root causes utilizing Sentry, GCP logs, and the codebase.

• Assist team members and Care Team members in overcoming obstacles, then decide if long-term solutions are necessary.

• Manage a prioritized backlog and implement sustainable fixes, enhancements, and feature requests.

• Create runbooks, establish meaningful alerts, and develop automations and AI agents to minimize ticket volume.

• Safeguard and meticulously manage member data.

• Collaborate across the member app, Care Hub clinical tools, internal applications, and data pipelines.

• Partner with the Member Support Specialist and Care Team.

• Report directly to the Co-Founder & CPO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a software engineer.

• Proficiency in TypeScript.

• Familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, React Native, Node, Postgres, and GCP.

• Competence in utilizing Sentry, GCP logs, Linear, and Slack.

• Capable of triaging incidents, reproducing issues, identifying root causes, and prioritizing solutions.

• Skilled in writing runbooks, creating alerts, and developing automations and AI agents.

• Ability to manage protected health information with diligence.

• Current authorization to work in the US is required.

• Must have access to protected health information.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.
