Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive product features that span frontend, backend, and AI integrations.

• Create multi-step workflows for agents that manage planning, tool utilization, failures, and recovery throughout user sessions.

• Incorporate large language models, memory structures, and external APIs into dependable production systems.

• Design real-time user experiences featuring streaming states, partial results, and stringent latency requirements.

• Enhance system reliability, observability, monitoring, and fallback strategies for LLM and tool malfunctions.

• Gather user signals and telemetry for ongoing model assessment, reduction of hallucinations, and iterative product development.

• Collaborate with machine learning and backend engineering teams to establish system architectures and scalable integration methods.

• Take ownership of the product layer that transforms AI capabilities into functional, production-ready workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in full-stack development utilizing contemporary frameworks (Next.js, Python, Node.js).

• Hands-on experience in creating AI-driven applications, retrieval-augmented generation systems, or direct engagement with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models).

• Strong grasp of system design, API architecture, and database technologies (SQL & NoSQL).

• Proven capability to devise resilient user experiences that accommodate network latency, graceful degradation, and unpredictable model outputs.

• Familiarity with containerization, deployment pipelines, and cloud orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Competence in navigating ambiguity, exercising independent judgment, and advancing features from concept to production with a high level of ownership.

• Strong product intuition emphasizing client-side reliability and a proactive, user-focused user experience.
