Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and deploy comprehensive product functionalities spanning both frontend and backend systems.

• Create user experiences utilizing technologies such as TypeScript and React.

• Build services and APIs using technologies like Go, Python, or other comparable tools.

• Convert customer challenges and product objectives into technical specifications and phased delivery plans.

• Take ownership of features from the initial discovery and design stages through implementation, launch, evaluation, and refinement.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Data, and engineering teams.

• Ensure a balance between usability, performance, reliability, and time to value.

• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Enhance observability, operational health, and overall system quality.

• Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, incident management, and ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining production software in a professional setting, or equivalent demonstrable experience.

• Proven experience contributing to both frontend and backend layers.

• Proficiency in a backend programming language such as Go, Python, Rust, or a similar language.

• Familiarity with a modern frontend framework, specifically React.

• Experience with a typed programming language, such as TypeScript.

• Knowledge in designing or utilizing APIs and working with backend services, data storage solutions, or asynchronous systems.

• Strong product intuition and capability to link technical choices to customer results.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
