Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain features across GraphQL/Rails or DRF/Django backends and React or Vue frontends.

• Create and utilize service-to-service integrations among various products and services.

• Write and uphold tests.

• Manage deployments and ensure the delivery of code to production.

• Construct and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows, including transitioning from AWS CodeBuild and GitLab CI pipelines.

• Provide support for Docker-based deployments and AWS infrastructure that involves ECS/CodeBuild, S3, and IAM.

• Deploy and manage Next.js/Nuxt applications using Vercel.

• Maintain local development environments using Docker and docker-compose.

• Operate within multi-repository Git workflows featuring mirrored GitLab and GitHub repositories.

• Contribute to Flutter/Dart mobile development as needed.

• Assist in healthcare-related development when necessary.

• Contribute to PDF/document pipelines and email templating when relevant.

• Engage in AI/LLM engineering initiatives when applicable.

• Utilize observability tools including Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, Sentry, Datadog, and Posthog.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding English communication abilities, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level).

• Proficient in working with GraphQL/Rails or DRF/Django backends and React or Vue frontends.

• Experience in building or consuming service-to-service integrations.

• Strong comprehension of testing methodologies.

• Proven experience in taking ownership of deployments through production.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions.

• Comfortable transitioning AWS CodeBuild or GitLab CI pipelines to GitHub Actions.

• Knowledge of AWS fundamentals, including Docker-based deployments, ECS/CodeBuild, S3, and IAM basics.

• Experience in deploying and operating Next.js/Nuxt applications via Vercel.

• Proficient in using Docker and docker-compose for local development.

• Experience with Git multi-repository workflows and mirrored GitLab/GitHub repositories.

• Fluent in English.

• Nice to have: Experience in Flutter/Dart mobile development, bloc/Cubit, go_router, dio/retrofit, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and health SDKs.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with the healthcare domain, including FHIR, Health Gorilla, ICD-10, wearables APIs, HIPAA/PHI handling, consent, and audit logging.

• Nice to have: Experience with PDF/document pipelines using docling or PyMuPDF and email templating with MJML.

• Nice to have: Knowledge in AI/LLM engineering, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, streaming chat APIs, Anthropic/OpenAI APIs, and AWS Bedrock.

• Nice to have: Experience with observability tools such as Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, Sentry, Datadog, and Posthog.
