Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Shadow's AI coordination framework for marketing teams.

• Design and implement comprehensive features ranging from database architecture to React components.

• Create and sustain RESTful/GraphQL APIs, data pipelines, and distributed services within GCP.

• Integrate, prompt, and troubleshoot LLMs and generative AI technologies.

• Manage RAG or fine-tuning processes.

• Ensure seamless interoperability between front-end and back-end systems while optimizing data flow.

• Collaborate with product, research, design, and infrastructure teams to establish requirements and deliver production-ready code.

• Oversee performance, reliability, and security aspects.

• Guide junior engineers through code reviews, architecture evaluations, and the sharing of best practices.

• Contribute to product and technical decisions, influencing engineering tools, processes, standards, and recruitment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience with complete ownership in a full-stack position.

• In-depth knowledge of Python, Node.js, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

• Practical experience with GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and building/supporting high-traffic systems.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating AI/ML models (LLMs, NLP, RAG) into production applications.

• Familiarity or a strong interest in working with MCP servers.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a product-focused mindset, with a keen eye on UX, performance, and business impact.

• Attention to technical specifications and the end-user experience.

• Nice to have: experience with multi-step or agentic AI workflows.

• Nice to have: background in companies focused on AI infrastructure or tooling.

• Nice to have: contributions to open-source AI/ML initiatives.
