Full Stack Engineer, APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage in the complete development cycle of product features across both frontend and backend, guided by senior engineers.

• Acquire knowledge and integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into everyday development tasks.

• Convert product specifications into functional implementations, minimizing friction during frontend-backend transitions.

• Evolve as a full-stack engineer by embracing full-stack methodologies and sharing innovative ideas.

• Observe collaborative efforts across teams and propose enhancements to product, design, and engineering processes.

• Participate in the product lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing iterations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or higher; a major in Computer Science or a related field in AI is advantageous.

• Practical experience through projects, whether personal, academic, internships, or contributions to open-source initiatives.

• Basic proficiency in at least one backend programming language, such as Java or Golang.

• Familiarity with Node.js and contemporary frontend frameworks.

• Experience in developing end-to-end projects.

• Fundamental understanding of database design and essential backend concepts.

• Awareness of popular AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar platforms.

• Capability to effectively communicate requirements and limitations to AI tools.

• Self-motivated with a desire to learn beyond the assigned responsibilities.

• A product-oriented mindset and inquisitiveness regarding the underlying rationale of products.

• Strong logical reasoning and communication abilities.

• Enthusiasm for acquiring new technological skills.
