This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs utilizing Java and Spring Boot.

• Create backend systems that facilitate dynamic call routing, queue management, and configuration-driven workflows.

• Develop services for managing outbound campaigns and customizing dialers.

• Work collaboratively with UI teams to enhance self-service interfaces for business users.

• Integrate applications with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

• Abstract and control business logic outside of Amazon Connect to allow for flexible configurations.

• Ensure systems can support real-time updates without the need for deployments.

• Enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems.

• Engage in code reviews, debugging, and providing production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.

• Proficient in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Practical experience with AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and Docker.

• Understanding of configuration-driven systems or platforms that allow business users to manage workflows is a bonus.

• Experience with contact center platforms, IVR systems, or Amazon Connect is advantageous.
