Full Stack Developer – Omnichannel Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and engage in the migration of web applications on the platform.

• Create components and interfaces utilizing Vue and TypeScript.

• Develop and utilize backend service APIs.

• Implement backend functionalities using Python and/or Go.

• Participate in the design and progression of microservices and integrations.

• Collaborate in defining contracts between services, APIs, and integrations.

• Design user experiences for managing conversations, campaigns, channels, settings, and automations.

• Ensure seamless integration between the frontend, APIs, and services.

• Work with asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures.

• Maintain quality through automated frontend and backend testing.

• Engage in code reviews, refinement sessions, and technical decision-making.

• Contribute to observability, logging, error handling, and problem diagnosis.

• Modernize existing applications by reducing redundancy and enhancing reuse.

• Collaborate with Backend, QA, UX/Design, Product, and other squad members.

• Communicate risks, dependencies, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Contribute to the evolution of a scalable, reusable, and channel-agnostic platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Full Stack development.

• Proficiency in Vue, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

• Experience with Python and/or Go.

• Skilled in developing and consuming REST APIs.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Familiarity with design systems, componentization, and the creation of reusable components.

• Experience with state management and organizing frontend applications.

• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with Docker.

• Experience with automated frontend and backend testing.

• Proficiency in Git and CI/CD processes.

• Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

• Knowledge of separation of concerns and layered architectures.

• Ability to both enhance existing applications and develop new solutions.

• Knowledge of integration with external APIs and services.

• Familiarity with communication APIs or platforms, such as WhatsApp Business Platform.

• Desirable: Experience with React, Java, or Node.js; messaging and event streaming; event-driven architectures; distributed systems; DDD; hexagonal architecture; Kubernetes; AWS, Azure, or GCP; observability; OAuth2/OIDC and JWT; multi-tenant applications; WebSockets; high-volume systems; communication platforms; channel APIs; chat, customer service, campaign interfaces, dashboards, or administrative systems.
