Full Stack Developer, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications

• Write high-quality, testable, and well-documented code following best practices and corporate standards

• Design and implement RESTful services to integrate front-end and back-end systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative software solutions

• Identify and promptly resolve software issues through root cause analysis

• Recognize best practices and implement new technologies to enhance development processes and performance

• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge within the team

• Optimize performance through efficient database queries, caching, and front-end optimizations

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance

• Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance

• Monitor emerging technologies in full stack development and suggest improvements

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize deployment and implement CI/CD pipelines

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Document technical specifications, API documentation, and user guides

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in full stack development with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience

• In-depth knowledge of Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL and MongoDB

• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs

• Knowledge of version control tools like Git

• Use of LLM specialized in the software development field

• Skill in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
