Full-Stack Developer III – Node, React, IAM, Information Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain systems that support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

• Assist in the creation of an access management product.

• Engage in solution architecture design and the development of hypothesis scenarios.

• Collaborate in an environment that emphasizes continual improvement and constructive feedback.

• Take part in squad ceremonies and, on occasion, chapter meetings.

• Ensure the quality and security of the code produced.

• Adopt a Continuous Delivery mindset, prioritizing value delivery to the business and end customers.

• Advocate for and mentor the team in best development practices, including Code Review, Pair Programming, and Secure Development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Back End development using Node.js and Front End development with React.js/Next.js.

• Familiarity with REST APIs (Postman, SoapUI).

• Understanding of Microservices and Microfrontend architecture.

• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS).

• Experience with caching technologies (Redis, Valkey).

• Skilled in unit testing.

• Experience with relational databases (RDS).

• Ability to evaluate bugs and incidents and suggest corrective measures.

• Background in testing APIs and connectors.

• Competence in proposing enhancements to code and roles.

• Capable of developing process flows, documentation, and technical designs.

• Knowledgeable in GitHub and version control systems.

• Familiar with generative AI tools for code development, such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot.

• Understanding of IAM principles.

• Proficient in Java.

• Skilled in Python.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.

• Familiar with web performance best practices.

• Knowledgeable in AWS services (SQS, SNS, Lambda, CloudFront).

• Understanding of GitOps and Kubernetes.

• Experience working in Agile teams.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Kanbanize.

• Advanced proficiency in English for reading documentation, attending training sessions, and interacting with vendors.
