Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and execute the backend and API architecture.

• Develop a web-based Content Management System (CMS) for overseeing quests, scenarios, dialogues, questions, and educational materials.

• Manage user roles, access permissions, and invitation processes.

• Establish player progression tracking and session persistence.

• Set up gameplay event collection and reporting frameworks.

• Construct administrative and reporting interfaces.

• Facilitate reporting based on students, sessions, classes, and content.

• Connect backend and CMS functionalities with the application client.

• Design data structures with future localization and content scalability in mind.

• Aid in deployment, monitoring, testing, and stabilizing production environments.

• Collaborate closely with client developers, designers, QA personnel, and the project manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional full-stack development experience.

• Extensive backend development expertise.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing REST APIs.

• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.

• Background in building React or similar contemporary web applications.

• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.

• Strong knowledge of cloud deployment and web application architecture.

• Experience with analytics, event-driven data, and reporting mechanisms.

• Comprehensive understanding of security and privacy principles.

• Capability to independently devise practical solutions within budget constraints.

• Effective communication skills with at least a B2 level of English proficiency.

• Experience with CMS or content management systems, educational platforms or LMS products, client-to-web backend integration, reporting dashboards and data exports, multi-tenant or organization/class-based systems, GDPR-compliant applications, or localization-ready content architectures is particularly advantageous.

• Familiarity with supporting WebGL or mobile application backends, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, performance monitoring and observability, or AI-assisted development workflows would be a plus.
