Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement the agile transformation strategy and its implementation roadmap.

• Provide timely and appropriate training and guidance to teams, nurturing an agile culture.

• Serve as an advisor to executives and leaders, facilitating mindset and behavioral shifts.

• Track the progress of the transformation, collecting evidence of impact and suggesting ongoing adjustments.

• Eliminate organizational obstacles, including cultural barriers and structural or logistical issues.

• Drive the development of internal capabilities, fostering autonomy and continuous learning.

• Assist team members with squad-level planning, implementation, and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Operate strategically, emphasizing critical analysis of operational metrics to encourage data-driven decision-making and continuous enhancement.

• Act as a resource for coaching and mentoring, employing techniques such as co-coaching, powerful questioning, and dialogic learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and operating systems utilizing Java, microservices, APIs (Spring Boot, Node.js), Angular, JSF, PrimeFaces, and React.

• Familiarity with service containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including AKS, EKS, GKE, and OpenShift.

• Understanding of DevOps tools and practices, including Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, and StarTeam.

• Experience in continuous integration, automated deployment, and unit testing.

• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, and the Agile Scrum methodology.

• Awareness of both private and public cloud environments, such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Dedication to writing clear, well-tested, and maintainable code.

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, WebSphere, JBoss, Kafka, Kafka Streams, SQL Server, Kubernetes, JSF, and Angular.
