Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create, customize, and oversee WordPress websites, encompassing custom themes, plugins, templates, and functionalities.

• Manage both frontend and backend development utilizing PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.

• Design and maintain integrations between WordPress and various CRMs, marketing automation tools, APIs, and other business systems.

• Enhance website speed, performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and security.

• Develop custom plugins, API integrations, and dynamic features for websites.

• Oversee code management through Git, including staging and production environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure dependable deployments.

• Work collaboratively with designers, SEO experts, marketers, and strategists to convert business needs into technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.

• Extensive experience in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, ACF, custom post types, and taxonomies.

• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and MySQL.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and marketing technologies.

• Experience in integrating WordPress with CRMs and marketing platforms, including HubSpot and Salesforce.

• Knowledge of website optimization, SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and security practices.
