Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical investigation and resolution of intricate production issues within expansive backend settings.

• Modify and enhance features within a large-scale codebase that spans Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React architectures.

• Lead the resolution of enterprise-level issues by converting real-world customer insights into sustainable product and system enhancements.

• Optimize interactions with APIs, data processing routines, and server-side performance across distributed systems.

• Collaborate with global teams in Support, QA, Product, and Engineering to refine the roadmap for endpoint security products.

• Employ advanced debugging, log analysis, and profiling tools to conduct root-cause investigations under demanding operational conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in software development.

• 1–2 years of experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and React, including navigating and modifying a large-scale codebase.

• Experience in Unix environments and proficiency in Bash.

• Strong comprehension of server-side systems, distributed architectures, APIs, and database interactions.

• Practical experience with debugging tools, log analysis, performance profiling, and root-cause investigations.

• Familiarity with concepts of endpoint security, fundamentals of network security, and enterprise IT environments.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control using Git, and Agile development methodologies.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a systematic, analytical approach to tackling complex technical challenges.

• Capability to clearly articulate technical details to customers and internal teams.

• A customer-centric mindset, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and urgency in resolving issues impacting production environments.

• Ability to transition effectively between quick bug fixes and in-depth technical investigations.

• A collaborative mindset when working with Support, QA, Product, and Engineering teams, while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
