Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take on a mid-level role to develop full-stack software solutions.

• Primarily utilize .NET and React, seamlessly transitioning between them with AI assistance.

• Create clear specifications, decompose plans into measurable steps, and establish acceptance criteria for both human users and agents.

• Construct and oversee the context for LLMs, which includes managing instructions, constraints, examples, tools/MCPs, and context-window management.

• Leverage generative AI and agent-based tools in software development, ensuring systematic human validation throughout the process.

• Assess, validate, and refine code generated by AI and third parties.

• Produce well-structured, testable, and high-quality code.

• Create and maintain automated testing frameworks.

• Collaborate effectively using Git and manage pull requests.

• Engage with SQL databases, data modeling, and agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.

• Strong expertise in at least one of the technology stacks (.NET or React) and proven capability to work across the others with AI support.

• Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development: articulate clear specifications, break them into actionable plans, and define acceptance criteria that function as a contract for both humans and agents (e.g., /specify, /plan).

• Context Engineering skills: develop and manage context for LLMs, incorporating instructions, constraints, examples, tool/MCP selection, and context-window management.

• Experience in applying generative AI and agentic tools to software development with a focus on responsibility, critical judgment, and systematic human validation.

• Ability to critically evaluate code not originally authored by you, ensuring accurate assessment, validation, and correction of AI-generated and third-party outputs with the same rigor you apply to your own code.

• Capability to write high-quality, well-organized, and testable code, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and/or sound design principles.

• Experience with automated testing, including unit and/or integration testing.

• Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborating via pull requests.

• Familiarity with SQL databases and foundational data modeling principles.

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or XP).

• Knowledge of Python.

• Practical experience in orchestrating agents and working with MCPs/connectors is a plus.

• Understanding of evaluating and monitoring AI outputs, assessing quality, tracking regressions and token costs, and engaging with model-agnostic architectures is advantageous.

• Experience with distributed architectures, microservices, or messaging systems is beneficial.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and automation for build and release processes is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and containers, including Docker and Kubernetes, is an advantage.
