This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.
• Design and orchestrate AI agents that identify actions and create workflows within customer infrastructure.
• Architect multi-agent systems that connect data sources and operate reliably in a production environment.
• Develop agent logic, tool utilization, memory systems, and orchestration layers for enterprise deployments.
• Take ownership of both front-end and back-end development throughout the product lifecycle.
• Construct interfaces, APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure components.
• Contribute to architectural decisions from a systems perspective regarding the product.
• Deploy and manage AI models within customer VPC environments ensuring zero data egress.
• Support model training workflows utilizing customer-specific historical data.
• Monitor the performance of production models and iterate based on real-world outcomes.
• Validate model deployments using historical data prior to production release.
• Transform ambiguous challenges into functional systems without extensive specifications.
• Deliver swiftly, assess results, and iterate using signals from production.
• Proactively identify and tackle architectural enhancements and technical debt.
• Clearly document systems for reliable team development.
• Demonstrated full stack engineering expertise across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in AI and agent engineering, specifically in building and deploying large-scale systems.
• Experience in deploying AI models within enterprise or VPC environments.
• Background in designing and constructing multi-agent orchestration systems with tool utilization and memory features.
• Strong engineering judgment to scope, architect, and execute tasks independently.
• Exceptional written communication skills for asynchronous collaboration within a distributed team.
• A portfolio link or GitHub showcasing AI systems or full stack projects that have been built and deployed in production.
• A brief Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself and outlining your architectural decisions.
• Both a portfolio and Loom video are mandatory to progress to the next stage of the hiring process.
