This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +5 more states.
• Manage the fulfillment of transactions made on the TickPick platform.
• Supervise the ticket sales fulfillment process to ensure it adheres to TickPick's standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Process cancellations, replacements, or refunds for ticket sales as necessary.
• Act promptly on unconfirmed and rejected orders.
• Submit and manage retransfer requests.
• Conduct outbound calls and send follow-up emails to buyers and sellers to assist with fulfillment needs.
• Acquire knowledge of various transfer platforms and execute ticket transfers when required.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Fulfillment Manager.
• Collaborate closely with the Broker Relations department to identify underperforming sellers and resolve issues as they arise.
• Make swift decisions regarding the cancellation or replacement of unfulfilled sales without a monetary limit.
• Mediate fulfillment disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Must reside in New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, or Oregon.
• This is a full-time role (40 hours / 5 days a week) that requires working weekends and evenings.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of operational experience is required.
• Strong multitasking abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Technologically proficient, with experience in ticketing software and G-Suite, including Google Sheets and Excel.
• Previous ticketing experience is advantageous.
