Frontend Engineer, Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop advertising experiences and establish patterns for Reddit’s web application that improve ad performance and functionality.

• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to create and execute innovative solutions for intricate challenges.

• Participate in the complete development lifecycle: design, development, quality assurance, experimentation, analysis, and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Web Engineering.

• Expertise in Typescript and Javascript.

• Eagerness to address data-intensive, highly responsive, and fault-tolerant applications.

• Familiarity with automated testing best practices, code quality/design patterns, and observability.

• Proficient in conducting insightful code reviews and welcoming feedback.

• Experience utilizing GenAI tools to enhance software engineering efficiency.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a fully remote setup and for discussing complex subjects with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Background in ad tech (preferred).

• Experience with consumer-facing websites at production quality and scale (preferred).
