Frontend Developer, Device Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain administrative interfaces for enterprise clients, which include device compliance dashboards and tools for policy configuration.

• Create user-friendly experiences that assist administrators in grasping device security status, pinpointing risks, and taking necessary actions.

• Play a significant role in launching a new Device Security initiative from the ground up, influencing product direction and technical solutions.

• Initially focus on client-side contributions in related product areas before shifting more towards Device Security.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, Design, and infrastructure teams.

• Engage in planning, technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and documentation.

• Enhance technical judgment and ownership through mentorship, knowledge sharing, pair programming, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, particularly in building web applications using React and TypeScript.

• Experience in creating clear, maintainable frontend components and interfaces that meet complex product requirements.

• Background in developing products that cater to large user bases.

• Awareness of how frontend decisions influence scalability, performance, and optimization.

• Strong ability to convey technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, Design, and other cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in using AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully, with an understanding of their capabilities and limitations.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship will be provided.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• Bonus: experience with Rust or Go, full-stack development with a frontend emphasis, composable design system components, or products related to security, administration, or device management.
