Front End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance core SalonBiz products utilizing Angular, JavaScript, and PL/SQL, with a heightened emphasis on frontend development.

• Produce high-quality, secure software while managing the balance between new feature implementation, bug resolutions, and technical enhancements.

• Operate in an agile, iterative manner, segmenting larger projects into smaller releases and experiments.

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, including release pipelines, monitoring, feature flagging, and deployments.

• Collaborate with teams in Engineering, Product Management, Product Design, and QA.

• Assist in technical planning and consistently enhance software delivery methodologies.

• Take part in the on-call rotation as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of software engineering experience within agile teams.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Angular and JavaScript; Angular expertise is crucial.

• Strong comprehension of agile methodology, DevOps, and contemporary delivery practices, including iterative deployment, feature flagging, and partial releases.

• A collaborative mindset for working alongside Product and Engineering teams.

• Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for simplifying technical concepts.

• Experience in collaborative programming and providing coaching and mentorship to fellow engineers.

• Familiarity with React or other modern frontend frameworks is an advantage.

• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
