This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities utilizing React, Redux, and relevant extensions or frameworks.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code in accordance with the company's best-practice standards.
• Collaborate with fellow developers to promote and implement best practices.
• Work within the Agile development framework alongside Business Analysts, developers, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Project Owners.
• Ensure that system security meets required standards and that new features comply with best practices.
• Analyze issues and propose practical, high-quality solutions.
• Support the project lifecycle, which includes testing and out-of-hours deployments.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, provide progress updates to the Head of Business Systems and project teams, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Assist in the rollout of the CRM MVP and develop subsequent phases for business improvements post-MVP.
• Create forms and fields for data retrieval, entry, and presentation, integrating Machine Learning results where applicable.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the manager.
• Extensive knowledge of React (functional components).
• Proficiency in Redux.
• Experience using REST API for communication with back-end services.
• UX/UI design experience.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and/or React Testing Library.
• Experience with Github.
• Knowledge of Jira.
• Familiarity with modern IDEs, such as IntelliJ, including plugins like ESLint.
• A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proven experience managing tasks independently within large projects.
• Experience in developing applications for Cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
• Demonstrates a high level of business and commercial awareness.
• Proven experience in managing data security.
• Experience in developing a CRM.
