Front End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and architect features for Weave’s primary marketing website and related web properties.

• Take ownership of user-facing web experiences while ensuring technical excellence within the marketing technology stack.

• Create and implement site functionalities for getweave.com and other marketing platforms.

• Architect high-performing, interactive UI components with a focus on performance and mobile responsiveness.

• Collaborate with marketing development, design, and growth teams to translate creative visions into production-ready outputs.

• Quickly prototype and launch campaign landing pages, interactive site features, and lead-generation tools.

• Assist in meeting marketing deadlines and seasonal initiatives.

• Report directly to the Director of Marketing.

• Utilize instrumentation and monitoring to assess marketing feature performance and iterate based on the results observed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in front-end engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Next.js and React.

• Comprehensive understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.

• Ability to transform vague, high-level requirements into polished, functional software.

• Emphasis on web performance, accessibility, and SEO.

• Capability to work autonomously, identify technical gaps, effectively prioritize tasks, and implement solutions independently.

• Skill in clearly conveying complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.

• Interest in evaluating code impact on user behavior through instrumentation and monitoring.

• High proficiency in translating designs with pixel-perfect accuracy.

• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is an advantage.

• Understanding of A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

• Experience with WordPress as a headless CMS.

• Experience utilizing AI-powered coding assistants or AI tools.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Legally authorized to work in Mexico.

• English proficiency will be evaluated during the application process.
