Front End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of platform functionalities within the Digital Core for real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflows.

• Design and execute the front-end layer of the application utilizing contemporary UI design methodologies.

• Introduce technologies that enhance UI maintainability, performance, and overall user experience.

• Collaborate with the solution development team to integrate various application layers.

• Engage with Operations stakeholders in cross-functional hybrid teams.

• Contribute to skill-aligned chapter frameworks across the Digital Operations platform.

• Perform code reviews and quality assurance testing on software.

• Take part in application architecture, design, and other phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Implement operational controls and procedures to ensure safe transitions of software from testing to production.

• Operate within the Operations IT Technology team in the Investment Bank.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Software Development.

• More than 3 years of expertise in JavaScript (ES6).

• Proficiency in React and Redux.

• Familiarity with TypeScript.

• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS and SASS.

• Strong software design skills and a solid understanding of JavaScript design patterns.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and WebSocket.

• Understanding of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like TeamCity and Jenkins.

• Proficient in using Git and GitHub.

• Ability to work within an Agile-based SDLC.

• Capacity to learn new technologies and frameworks independently.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Motivated, adaptable, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time management skills and the capability to work autonomously.
