Front-End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the front end of awisee.com

• Create and implement new website pages, landing pages, sections, and features

• Enhance existing pages based on user behavior, analytics, and business requirements

• Ensure seamless website functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms

• Optimize website speed, performance, and overall technical quality

• Resolve front-end bugs, layout discrepancies, broken elements, and cross-browser issues

• Enhance website navigation, usability, and overall user experience

• Design and optimize landing pages tailored for marketing campaigns

• Implement conversion-oriented elements like forms, CTAs, pop-ups, lead capture flows, and other interactive features

• Collaborate with designers to accurately translate designs into responsive web pages

• Enhance existing UI components and develop reusable front-end components when applicable

• Continuously improve the website based on A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization strategies

• Ensure proper integration of tracking, analytics, and marketing pixels as needed

• Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams from a technical front-end viewpoint

• Assist in identifying technical and UX enhancements to increase website effectiveness

• Monitor and troubleshoot website issues while consistently improving the overall site quality

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Front-End Developer

• 1–3 years of professional experience

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience in developing responsive websites

• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue, or similar is advantageous

• Strong grasp of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility

• Experience in enhancing existing websites rather than solely creating them from scratch

• Keen eye for design, spacing, typography, and overall user experience

• Understanding of website performance and page-speed optimization techniques

• Proficient in Git/version control systems

• Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and team members without technical backgrounds

• Capacity to transform requirements or designs into polished, functional web experiences

• Strong attention to detail coupled with a problem-solving approach
