Front End Developer, Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee various assignments and priorities while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Comprehend business and system requirements, guaranteeing that assigned tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Client Managers, Technical Managers, Infrastructure teams, and Developers on client projects and implementation needs.

• Evaluate business requirements and create system specifications and configuration designs.

• Maintain quality control and service standards for assigned tasks, including system testing and validation.

• Engage in system implementation projects, providing support for system configuration and customization.

• Act as a team member on implementation and support projects.

• Participate in continuous learning regarding organizational systems, industry developments, and emerging trends.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose ideas to boost efficiency and workflows.

• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities under the guidance of senior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related discipline (mandatory).

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in system implementation, analysis, technical support, or a comparable IT/business analysis position.

• Basic knowledge of system configuration and implementation principles.

• Capability to read and interpret technical documentation.

• Foundational understanding of SQL or the ability to query databases and comprehend data relationships.

• Familiarity with ASP.NET, ASP, Python, or JavaScript.

• Basic comprehension of web development or system architecture concepts.

• Acquainted with testing tools and QA processes.

• Basic knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and the ability to code and test for web accessibility compliance.

• Proficient in English (mandatory).

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an advantage.
