This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop responsive page templates, components, and landing pages for tenna.com utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and Elementor.

• Convert concepts and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.

• Construct and maintain reusable Elementor blocks, patterns, templates, and global styles.

• Ensure that pages comply with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and perform necessary testing.

• Enhance Core Web Vitals through effective markup, asset optimization, and script management.

• Maintain compatibility across various browsers and devices, conducting QA prior to launch.

• Design branded landing pages, emails, forms, and templates within HubSpot.

• Oversee and develop Tenna's digital design system, including components, design tokens, type scales, iconography, and Figma libraries.

• Implement and uphold Tenna brand standards across marketing outputs and partner materials.

• Document design and front-end standards effectively.

• Produce digital advertisements, social graphics, emails, sales collateral, tradeshow and event materials, product launch assets, and print materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Transform complex product and data narratives into visuals, infographics, and presentation graphics.

• Collaborate on video and photography projects with external production partners and internal stakeholders.

• Utilize GA4, HubSpot, heatmapping, and search data to pinpoint opportunities and conduct A/B tests.

• Analyze web and creative performance and prioritize future tasks based on the results.

• Monitor design, web, and B2B digital trends and assess competitor sites.

• Collaborate with the Web Platform Engineer on plugins, infrastructure, tracking, and server-side performance.

• Engage cross-functionally with Marketing, Events, Sales, TKC, and Customer Success teams.

• Employ Tenna-approved AI tools for concept development, asset variation, copy iterations, code scaffolding, and QA, while ensuring final quality, accessibility, and brand fidelity.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in designing and building websites, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing design skills and delivered front-end code.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, interaction design, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

• Strong practical knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and JavaScript.

• Experience with WordPress themes and writing custom CSS to extend or override page builders.

• Proven experience with Elementor, including templates, global styles, custom widgets, and understanding of Elementor markup and performance constraints.

• Practical experience with WordPress, covering themes, templates, custom fields, and page-level components.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, component libraries, and developer handoff.

• Familiarity with HubSpot for creating landing pages, emails, forms, and templates.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and visual hierarchy.

• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and testing tools such as axe, WAVE, keyboard, and screen reader checks.

• Awareness of on-page SEO principles and Core Web Vitals.

• Disciplined approach to change management using staging, pre-publication testing, and maintaining change records.

• Proficient in AI-assisted design and development tools, with an understanding of when human review is necessary.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, communicate timelines effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Portfolio must include both design work and websites or pages created personally.

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.

• Photography or videography skills are a plus.

• Experience marketing to construction, industrial, or field-based B2B audiences is an asset.
